NEED SCROLL BAR MENU TODAY

Please see the link. I need a flash menu that will bring the different menu images to the middle so the person can click on it to go to a new page. It should be kind of like a dock menu, but with a scroll bar. I also want the images to sit at an angle until they are moved to the middle postition where they will then rotate to the front.
