Flash PHP Contact Form 03 AS3

This is a simple PHP contact form with field validation. It is XML driven and resizable. Every text that appears on the contact form can be edited in the XML settings. Form description and contact details text are both HTML enabled. Setup custom failure or success messages as well as validation messages.

XML Settings:
- form width and height
- input fields width
- email script location
- recipient email
- title, description and contact details text
- name, email, subject and message info tips
- send message button label
- validation messages
- error/success messages
